AI insight

Two off-track objectives are dragging the digital pillar down

Unified digital services sits at ⁦72%⁩ against ⁦85%⁩, and data & AI at ⁦66%⁩ against ⁦80%⁩. The common cause is the late unified services platform and a shortage of data engineers — both feed the beneficiary-satisfaction KPI, flat at ⁦74%⁩ since August.
