Problem
Maintenance of 46 judicial buildings runs on a calendar, not on actual condition, so money goes where it is not needed and courtrooms fail without warning.
Current state
There is no single digital model of the buildings, and as-built drawings and systems data sit in separate files per contractor.
Objective
A digital twin of the court complexes that combines building information models, sensors and courtroom occupancy to predict faults and direct maintenance.
Expected scope
3D building models, sensors in 12 complexes, integration with the Unified Judicial Operations Centre and the smart security & access system, and predictive models.
Expected benefits
Savings
Maintenance cost down 18% through condition-based work
