Warning of delay penalties

With reference to contract ⁦BOG/2024/006⁩ for the Riyadh Administrative Court building, and to the supervising consultant’s September report showing the structural works ⁦96⁩ days behind the approved programme, the Board will apply delay penalties under Article ⁦72⁩ of the Government Tenders and Procurement Law from the next payment certificate.

Please submit a revised programme and an acceleration plan within ten days.
