Request for direct payment to subcontractors

As United Buildings & Operations Co. has failed to pay its subcontractors on the Dammam administrative courts complex rehabilitation and extension, halting the supply of the new wing’s central air-conditioning units, the EPMO proposes paying the approved amounts directly to the subcontractors from this month’s certificate, deducted from the main contractor’s dues.

We ask for direction within a week so the delay does not pass the critical threshold.
