When a change request is needed

Any change to the approved baseline in scope, schedule or cost, or anything above ⁦2%⁩ of the contract value.

Steps

  1. 1The PM raises the request from the change requests page with its justification
  2. 2The project office measures cost, schedule and risk impact within ⁦5⁩ working days
  3. 3It is put on the next board agenda
  4. 4The baseline is updated once the decision is approved

Up to SAR ⁦500K⁩: programme manager. Up to SAR ⁦5M⁩: the change board. Above: the Projects Steering Committee.
