Board project management policy

This policy sets the binding rules for Board project management policy across every sector, general directorate and court of the Board, for staff and contractors alike.

⁦2⁩. Roles & responsibilities

• Owner: approves and reviews the policy yearly
• EPMO: monitors compliance and reports
• Project managers: apply it and record exceptions

⁦3⁩. Rules

• No project moves phase without a recorded gate decision
• Status reports are due on the fifth of every month
• Lessons are recorded within ⁦30⁩ days of closure
