This policy sets the binding rules for Judicial data governance handbook & master-data policies across every sector, general directorate and court of the Board, for staff and contractors alike.

Owner: approves and reviews the policy yearly
EPMO: monitors compliance and reports
Project managers: apply it and record exceptions

⁦3⁩. Rules

No project moves phase without a recorded gate decision
Status reports are due on the fifth of every month
Lessons are recorded within ⁦30⁩ days of closure
